Yes, you can upgrade your membership tier at any time. The upgrade will take effect immediately, and your billing will be prorated for the remainder of your annual term.
Unused treatments roll over to the next month for active members. You will not lose your treatments as long as your membership remains in good standing. Rollover treatments do expire 3 months after the 12-month contract ends.
No, certain advanced repair treatments require single-use disposable tips which are sold separately. Depending on the device used for your customized treatment, a small materials fee may apply.
